Computational Thinking PO1/PO2

This activity with an Edison robot is designed for junior students and is related to Pat Hutchinson’s Rosie’s Walk book.  Obviously this activity can be adapted to any boo that has lots of directional language in it.  The purpose is for students to be able to create a series of instructions that will get Edison to do as Rosie did, ie go across, around, over, past, through and under a series of obstacles designed by the students and then return home.
